Time Out magazine singled out the 15 most spectacular swimming pools in the world, and the 12th. a destination from Bosnia and Herzegovina – the Kravice waterfall.
On their list of the most spectacular swimming locations in the world, Kravice was ranked 12. place, reports Klix.
“The infrastructure around the Kravice waterfall (not far from Ljubuški in Herzegovina) has developed exceptionally in recent years, which is evidence of the increasing popularity of the place,” they state in the description of this location on Time Out.
It is added that it is not difficult to understand why so many people flock to this location during the hot Herzegovinian summers.
“The clear water is perfect for swimming, and the waterfalls provide a beautiful backdrop. Head towards Ljubuški and follow the road signs, although you will hear about this place before you see it,” the text continues.
The first place on the list was taken by the Calanques National Park in France, and the Red Beach in Greece, the Devil’s Pool at Victoria Falls, Heaven Lake in China and Crystal River in the USA were also on the list.
