Ten kilometers from Medjugorje, in the town of Studenci near Ljubuški, there is one of Herzegovina’s favorite picnic spots and summer bathing resort – the Kravica or Kravice waterfall, as it is sometimes called. It was created on the river Trebižat, and with 120 meters of water falling down from a height of about 28 meters, it is a wonderful sight. Next to Kravica is the Koćuša waterfall, which is also worth visiting.
